SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Compact Commerce LLC operates a dual-track mobile messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in via our online web forms. In strict accordance with your selected form preferences, messages are segmented as follows:
Informational & Transactional Messaging: If you check this option, you authorize Compact Commerce LLC to text/call the number provided for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. These messages include consulting appointment confirmations, calendar booking reminders, rescheduling updates, software audit statuses, and customer support notifications regarding your operational tech systems.
Promotional Messaging: If you check this option, you authorize Compact Commerce LLC to text/call the number provided for promotional messages, possibly using automated means. These messages include marketing updates, notifications regarding modern POS hardware drops, specialized merchant account discounts, and integrated payment gateway promotions.
Opt-in consent is completely optional and is not a mandatory condition of purchase or service submission.
2. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms (Cancellation Instructions)

4. Carrier Liability Clause
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional networks.
